tobif@emanuelhouston.orgWith nearly 30 years in business and facility management with a focus on systems and project management, Tobi brings a strong background in administration and customer service to Congregation Emanu El.
Tobi grew up in a martial arts-centered home. Her father, Wayne, is an 8th degree Grand Master in Tae Kwon Do and still teaches at 77 years old! She received her black belt at 13 and has coached and mentored students of all ages and abilities. In her spare time, she rescues and rehabs reptiles and invertebrates and enjoys the parks and outdoor spaces of Houston and Brazoria County.
A first-generation American of German-Jewish descent (her mother immigrated in 1949) and the granddaughter of Holocaust survivors in East Berlin, Tobi treasures the community and family she has found at Congregation Emanu El. Please be sure to introduce yourself the next time you see her!
