Blood Drive in Honor of Rabbi Walter

We are pleased to note that Rabbi Walter continues to make progress in his treatment for cancer. At the present time, congregants wishing to support him are invited to consider donating blood. Donations of blood in Rabbi Walter’s name will enable him to accrue “credits” towards the supply of blood needed during his treatment.

In honor of Rabbi Walter, Congregation Emanu El will host a blood drive at the temple with Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center. Anyone who is age 17 or older may be eligible to donate blood. Individuals who are 16 years old may be eligible to donate with parental consent. Donors age 19 and up must weigh at least 110 pounds. You must bring a valid picture ID prior to donation.
