Looking for a way to reduce stress and gain insight and awareness of yourself and others? Join Sisterhood for a meditation class during which you will learn how to let go of your distracted thoughts and refocus your attention on the present. This one-hour class will be led by certified meditation instructors Ann Friedman and Jan Silver. This is the perfect time to explore meditation and bring more joy to your life!
