Walking Through Loss offers a welcoming, confidential space where people who are grieving can share their experiences, listen to others, and be reminded that they do not have to carry anything alone. Our time together will include gentle guided reflection, open conversation, and practical coping tools.
There is no pressure to speak– you are welcome to come as you are and participate in whatever way feels right.
Pre-registration is encouraged.
