The Book of Memory is shared at our Yom Kippur Yizkor service. Within it, we inscribe the names of our loved ones. It serves as an acknowledgment that those who came before us, taught us, loved us, and inspired us have not been forgotten.
The Book of Memory will be distributed on Yom Kippur afternoon. Additional copies will be available at the synagogue following the High Holy Days. We suggest a minimum of $18 per name.
Due to our mailing and printing deadlines, all information and donations must be received by the office by Friday, July 17.
You can submit information for the Book of Memory using the form below. Paper forms were mailed to all member households and are also available in the Rotunda; they can be returned by mail or in person. We cannot take Book of Memory information over the phone.
