Sarah is a former Becker teacher and has 15 years of experience teaching early childhood through third grade. Her passion of multi-sensory learning led her to co-create Literacy Enrichment And Play (LEAP), which she ran for seven years and has been an integral part of our Becker curriculum. Sarah has presented original workshops on play-based learning at a variety of early childhood conferences and schools. She has a Bachelor of Science in Child Development, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, and is a trained Dyslexia Specialist. Sarah believes all children deserve the opportunity to develop at their full potential and flourish in school, their community, and life. She, her husband Adam and their three girls are members of Congregation Emanu El.
