Congregation Emanu El’s Social Action Committee is back up and running with our first project- Undies for Everyone.
We are teaming up with Undies for Everyone to hold a virtual underwear drive, and we need your help! Kids living in poverty do not have the luxury that many take for granted – a week’s share of fresh underwear. It is cost prohibitive for families and non-profit agencies. Underwear has become one of the least donated but most requested items.
Our goal as a congregation is to collect 500 pairs of undies, and we are counting on help from everyone! It’s easy to help, click here, choose some undies (the more the better), and you will be providing access to children to a week’s supply of underwear.
When you are finished purchasing undies, please share the link with everyone you know, as every pair makes a difference in the life of a child. We hope you will support our virtual underwear drive and help us give something small but impactful to our community members in need.
