The Membership Committee chaired by Scott Cantor
is hosting an Oneg Shabbat, Friday, March 12th, following
our Shabbat Service. A special welcome is extended
to members who have joined in the past year
and we look forward to welcoming all of our members
at this special Oneg. This event is chaired by Joan
Wolochin, with assistance from the Membership Committee
including Mark Arnold, Richard Braverman,
Antonio Caliboso, Barbara Feldman, Noel Foreman,
Ellen Holzberg, Elyse Kalmans, Nicholas and Joy Krohn,

We will meet at Kenny & Ziggy’s (2327 Post Oak Blvd.,
Houston 77056) at 7:00 a.m. for some networking,
noshing and insightful discussion on Wednesday,
March 17th for only $10 per person. Special thanks

The program begins promptly at 7:00 a.m. and be

The Robert I. Kahn Gallery is pleased to be a
FotoFest2010 Participating Space by presenting
the show “There Was a Forest” by Loli Kantor. Ms.
Kantor’s documentary photography portrays the disappearing
population of Holocaust survivors and their
lives within the small enclaves of Eastern Europe.
Ms. Kantor’s works are black and white prints made
in the palladium process, as well as highly saturated
color pigment prints. The show will be on view from
March 17th to May 21st in the Kahn Gallery. Members
and guests are invited to attend the opening reception
on Wednesday, March 17th from 6:30-
8:30 p.m.
