SUMMARY:Breaking the Silence on Mental Illness

He will be joined by Anna Ashburn\, Clinician for The Shalva Project\, and the two will hold space to help participants understand that is it not a sign of weakness but a sign of strength for those talking about this important topic. \nPlease note: This event features a speaker sharing their personal experiences with mental health and well-being\, including periods of significant challenge. The discussion will include sensitive or potentially distressing topics. A brief Q&A session will follow the talk and may touch on related themes.  \nIf you have questions about the event content or would like information about support resources\, please contact Anna Ashburn.
