Originally banned from classrooms by Israel’s Ministry of Education, All the Rivers is a story about a passionate – but untenable – affair between an Israeli woman and a Palestinian man, who meet and fall in love in New York City, both knowing their relationship has finite boundaries when they return to their respective homes in the Middle East. “The land is the same land . . . In the end all the rivers flow into the same sea.”

Book reviews are free and open to the public. Guests are invited to bring their lunch. Desserts will be served.
