Looking for a way to reduce stress and gain insight and awareness of yourself and others?

Join Sisterhood for a two-part meditation class geared toward beginners and those who would like to learn the fundamentals of meditation.

Guided by Jan Silver, certified meditation instructor and wellness coach, the first class will be held on Monday, August 10 and the second one will be continued on Monday, August 17. Both classes will be conducted online via Zoom and free of charge.

If there is sufficient demand, Sisterhood will host additional classes in the future. This is the perfect time to explore meditation and bring more joy to your life!
