The Gathering Place

The Gathering Place is a setting for congregation volunteers to provide a loving, safe and fun environment for care partners or congregation and community members with memory loss. The vision that a care partner will be stimulated by activity and interaction with caring people is a success story in 57 locations in a three-county area with more to come.

Staffed by Emanu El volunteers and created by Interfaith Care Partners, our Gathering Place is a once-a-month program for seniors with special memory needs. We offer entertainment, exercise, music, crafts, stimulation and lunch. We meet on the second Monday of each month from 10 a.m. until about 1 p.m. There is no charge for this program.
