Congregation Emanu El is located at 1500 Sunset Boulevard in Houston, directly to the north of Rice University, where Rice Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard converge.

From US 59 (the Southwest Freeway)
Take the S. Shepherd/Greenbriar exit; go south on Greenbriar to Rice Boulevard; take a left onto Rice Boulevard and drive about one mile. Congregation Emanu El will be on your left.

From the Texas Medical Center
Take S. Main Street north (towards downtown Houston) and turn left onto Sunset Boulevard (at the northwest corner of the Rice University campus), and drive about 1/4 mile. Congregation Emanu El will be on your right.

Congregation Emanu El Memorial Park is located at 8341 Bissonnet (see map to the cemetery), between S. Gessner and Fondren Road and next door to Braeburn Country Club. To drive to the cemetery from US 59 (the Southwest Freeway), take the S. Gessner exit, go south on S. Gessner to Bissonnet; take a left onto Bissonnet and drive about 1/4 mile. The Memorial Park will be on your right.
