Membership

Affiliation in a congregation offers you the indispensable key to Jewish identity. We welcome your becoming part of our congregation family. Emanu El was founded in 1944 on principles of support for Israel and freedom of expression of both pulpit and pew. In the more than 60 years since our founding, we have continued our devotion to these ideals, alongside our commitment to the Jewish people, Jewish learning and service to humankind. We are built on a foundation of God, Torah and Israel and invite you to join us in strengthening that foundation.

Dues

Congregation Emanu El’s dues are structured on a fair share basis.

Special Membership Offer

Membership is affordable. Our “Chai Experience” program allows you to sample synagogue life at a reduced rate through our fiscal year and is available to Jews who have been unaffiliated with any congregation for at least one year and who have not been members of Emanu El for at least 5 years and who have never taken advantage of the “Chai” program or a complimentary membership in previous years.
